Fantastic B&B Experience!

easy parking amazing breakfast helpful host information binder

I found parking around the corner easily! The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It was personally. I really appreciated the information binder in the room. It had many suggestions for local things to do and places to eat. I would stay again!

My room was slightly smaller than I expected.

The room included top quality pillows, towels and sheets. A mini-fridge with a well-stocked tea and coffee selection was available. A nice view from the attic room was also provided, nice.

Staff members were friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful upon arrival and departure! They took time to discuss my accessibility needs in advance, I found that quite helpful and reassuring.

The location is near the railway station and the city center. It is only five minutes walking from the Canterbury West train station. The B&B is situated on a quiet street.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

impersonal check-in hot water

Self check-in felt impersonal I prefer interacting with staff. My room was quite small and lacked space for luggage storage. Also the hot water tap provided very hot water I had to run it for a while before it reached a usable temperature.
